Employers Required to E-File Paperwork with Employment Development Department

Beginning January 1, 2017, employers with 10 or more employees will be required to electronically submit employment tax return, wage reports, and payroll tax deposits to the Employment Development Department (EDD).
 
Employers are encouraged to enroll now in e-Services for Business.  This will allow you to start reporting online before this mandate starts.
